Principal/ Tumuaki

Maniototo Area School is seeking to appoint a Principal to commence from term 1 2027.  Building on the recent success of the school in receiving a National Education  Excellence award, we are looking for a visionary leader to steer our school into the future. We are looking for an experienced educator with strong team-building and communication skills and excellent pedagogical knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership of the school and provide guidance in all areas, academic, cultural and sporting. Situated in beautiful Central Otago, our school has newly built modern classrooms, a wonderful community atmosphere, friendly students and a supportive and collegial staff.

 A fully renovated 3 bedroom school house is available if required.
